05 days notice: No retention charge.

05 days prior to arrival date:

On cancellation prior to 05 days of arrival date, total booking amount would be refunded

 

Between 05 – 03 days prior to Arrival date:

On cancellation between 05-03 days prior to arrival date, cancellation charges would be equivalent to 50% Of Room charges for 1st night.

 

Less than 03 days prior to Arrival date:

On cancellation less than 03 days prior to arrival date, cancellation charges would be equivalent to 100% of Room charges

 

No Show Policy:

In case of a No Show (non arrival), No show charges would be equivalent to 100% Room charges of the entire booking.
